I’ve been receiving help from Delyn for the past couple of months. I am amazed at the improvements I see and feel. I’ve had various injuries in the past 25 years that had left me with aches and pains and more limited mobility, and bit-by-bit I recognize that those pains have been greatly reduced or have completely left me. I have a greater range of motion and have begun jogging. :o) Painless “therapy,” if I may call it that, Jin Shin Jyutsu and CranioSacral are effective and Delyn is just peaceful to be around.
