Ultralightfatloss by Delyn was great and relaxing. I felt rested with one hour sessions and half the cost. Let me tell you, five years ago I did cool fusion and I was bruised and felt beat up with my 3 eight hour sessions. The cost was expensive. I would do Ultralight again. I was able to eliminate 11 lbs and 9.75 inches effortlessly!
